Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bage" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at https://bage.ws, including all its sub-pages, features, games, sportsbook markets, and support services.
• "Account Holder" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a bage account and uses the platform.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the native transaction currency of bage.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a sports market, casino game, crash game, or any other gambling product offered on bage.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matched deposit bonus credited to an account that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the account holder via a payment method such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay that are available for immediate withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "Restricted Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and from which bage does not knowingly accept registrations.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including the collection and validation of identity and address documents.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bage. Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. bage recommends that you review this document periodically.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered account holders, and any person who accesses any portion of the bage website. Use of the bage platform for any purpose — including browsing game pages, viewing odds, placing bets, depositing funds, or contacting support — constitutes acceptance.

If you are accessing bage on behalf of a third party, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that third party to these terms. bage does not permit account registration or use on behalf of another individual.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on bage, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bage strictly enforces this requirement and may request age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with bage or any gambling self-exclusion scheme that covers the bage platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Section 4

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open a bage account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active bage account only. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or under different identities, is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bage uses technical and identity-verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any bonus funds obtained through multiple accounts will be voided and the accounts permanently closed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. bage will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any suspicious login activity should be reported to [email protected] immediately.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bage may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences. Proof of address — such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months — may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

Section 5

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

bage accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bage does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, fees imposed by your payment provider are beyond bage's control and remain your responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. bage aims to process all approved withdrawal requests on the same business day during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

5.3 Anti-Money-Laundering Obligations

bage is committed to preventing financial crime. All transaction activity is subject to automated monitoring. bage reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. In such cases, bage may be required to file a report with the relevant financial intelligence authority without notifying the account holder.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional offers on bage are available to eligible account holders as defined in the specific terms accompanying each offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per account, per household, per device, and per payment method. bage reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied. Real money deposits placed in the same account are not affected by bonus wagering requirements and remain withdrawable at any time subject to standard KYC obligations.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bage monitors accounts for behaviour consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk offsetting bets across multiple markets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal exposure; creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer repeatedly; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided, and bage reserves the right to permanently close such accounts.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus balances that remain unused and whose wagering requirements have not been completed within the period specified in the offer terms will expire and be automatically removed from the account balance. bage will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Section 7

Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on bage are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market. For sportsbook bets, the rules in effect at the time the bet is accepted are binding. bage reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds, suspended markets, or after an event has commenced if the system has not correctly identified the event status.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on bage. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or at the game table. bage reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time and may impose individual account-level limits where warranted by risk management requirements.

7.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bage platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the account holder. bage may void a bet after acceptance in the following circumstances only: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the odds were displayed in clear error; the market is found to have been affected by match-fixing or corrupt activity; or a technical failure caused an incorrect bet to be recorded.

7.4 Results and Disputes

All bet outcomes are determined by the official result published by the relevant sporting body or by the certified game outcome recorded by the game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, you must contact [email protected] within 72 hours of the official result being published. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bage platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Operating or having an interest in more than one bage account.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt sporting activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing game strategies in live casino environments in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the bage platform or its software.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the bage platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software code, database structures, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of bage or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of bage.

Game titles, studio names, and provider logos appearing on bage — including those of Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under licence. bage makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property appearing on the platform.

Section 10

Privacy and Data

Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or network outages beyond bage's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Decisions made based on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

In all cases where bage is found to have direct liability, the total aggregate liability of bage to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bage account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 13

Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your bage account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any outstanding real money balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be paid out to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding withdrawal conditions.

13.2 Termination by bage

bage reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, technical exploitation, or any other conduct that bage determines to be harmful to the platform or to other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or financial crime, bage may withhold the account balance pending investigation.

Amendments to These Terms

bage reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bage will notify registered account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of bage following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to keep the email address associated with your bage account current and to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. bage is not responsible for your failure to receive amendment notifications due to an outdated or inactive email address.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international standards for online gaming operations.
